Napoleon III Jacquard Green Velvet Armchair

I absolutely love this chair and everything about it.  The shape is stunning.. it has this high back with this beautiful wide shape, possibly to accommodate plenty of skirts, fashionable around the time it was constructed.  The legs are solid wood, turned and ebonised.  The fabric is original jacquard, this green velvet colour, slightly worn in places and marked in places but it would clean up well if you wanted to keep the fabric, but you may want to recover to make this look a little more crisp.

In very good overall used condition.
