1930's Tilt Top Centre or Dining Table

Solid and heavy.. this lovely table dates from the 1930's which we think is made from Walnut Wood. The table top is secured by a metal catch and when required for storage, the table top stores in the vertical position.

The table has been well loved and has signs of old woodworm in the base, which have long gone, but which we have treated for good measure. The table top has no signs of worm, is solid and strong and has signs of wear as you can see from the photograph.

Ideal as a central table in a hallway or in a sitting room or as a kitchen table.. I would love to marry this with either upholstered modern chairs or metal chairs as a breakfast area. Ready to use as it is.
