A very unusual table with a story. Purchasing Department is a sucker for these Art Deco legs. Beautifully turned with the vertical groves as decoration. The base is made from walnut wood and is in beautiful condition. There is one drawer, which runs well. The table top is another story.. added at a later date.. not made from walnut wood and probably was the middle section from a drop leaf table. The table top has been painted in Annie Sloane's black and waxed it with the black wax so it is a durable table top now and actually accentuates the beautiful legs. In good condition despite its use and age. This table is ready to be used as it is. Marry with a metal, modern or upholstered chair as a kitchen table, desk or console table.
