Marble Top Wash Stand Chest of Two over Two Drawers

Dimensions:  101cm wide x 46cm deep x 89cm high.  The marble is 78cm high   Drawers:  2 x 40.5cm wide x 38cm deep x 9.5cm high, 2 x 86.5cm wide x 38cm deep x 18cm + 18cm high high

A classic French chest of drawers with this incredible marble top.  There are two smaller drawers and two larger drawers which all run smoothly and work well.  The wood is in good condition and minor bruises showing.  The marble has been broken in places but has not lifted and is perfect to use as it is or to convert into a sink stand, which we have done for our own home in the past.  Originally used to stand jugs of water and a bowl on top of for people to perform their toilette, before bathrooms were installed into houses.
