A very beautiful and sought after 19th century French Craupad (Toad) or tub armchair with turned, ebonsied pear wood legs.  The structure is sound, the fabric is not original and as you can see a little battered so we are selling to reupholster, and I always think it worth the upholsterer checking over the frame before it is recovered.  We have priced accordingly.  We simply love these chairs.. they are increasingly hard to come by.
