229cm Antique Pine Shop Counter Sideboard

Dimensions:  229cm wide x 56.75cm deep x 89.5cm high.  Drawers measure 41cm wide x 43.5cm deep x 9cm high.  Cupboard Shelves measure 214cm wide x 26cm deep x 30.5cm high.

An incredible antique pine shop counter that originated in France.  In overall very good used condition, this is a showstopper of a piece.  Ideal to use in a kitchen as an island or a counter, or in a hallway, dining room or sitting room as a sideboard.  The counter top has two coin slots where the cash would have been placed to fall into the cash drawer underneath.  The counter has useful sized drawers and two pairs of cupboard doors that open to reveal unit wide shelving.  An absolutely wonderful sideboard.  Ready to use as it is.  Marks and bashes as you would expect for an item of this age and use.  The back is panelled, and if it were used as a kitchen island, a lick of paint to unify the back plate would be sufficient to smarten it up.  In my view anyway.  Ready to use as it is.
