Walnut Wood Green Velvet Sledge Style Canape Sofa

Dimensions: 190cm wide x 62cm deep x 87.5cm high.  Seat is 44cm high x 54.5cm deep

A glorious find!  A beautifully shaped sledge style, canape sofa is upholstered in the original green velvet fabric.  The wood has a beautiful warm patina and overall is structurally sound.  There is evidence of breakages and repairs, but these were undertaken some decades ago and have stayed firm and strong.  None is very visable.  In very good condition, bumps and bruises of course commensurate with age and use.  The fabric is in good condition but we are selling to reupholster.

A beautiful shape, ideal in a sitting room, a bedroom or for any seating area.  A fabulous find.  I would kill to have this in my own home!
