217.5cm Red Scrub Top French Farmhouse Kitchen Table Console Serving Table

Dimensions:  217.5cm long x 75cm wide x 75cm high

A very traditional 19th century French Farmhouse table used as a preparation table in the kitchen of a large house.  The piece is old and has been well used.. the table top has been scalded and cleaned repeatedly over the decades so has a wonderful texture to it.. one side of the table.. the side the cook must have stood at is one centimetre sorter than the other side of the table.. I take it is is due to wear and tear!

I have seen these tables working as beautiful sideboards or console tables.. I also see them as wonderful serving tables.. in a modern room this contrast of texture is perfect.

The base of this table has the original red paint... worn of course as you would expect.

Please make sure that you have enough access through doors, on stairwells and around corners from your entrance way to where you plan to situate this table.  These large oak farmhouse tables are heavy and it is necessary to double check all dimensions to ensure that they can be housed happily into their new home.
