Double Sided Console Table with Drawers

Dimensions: 203cm wide x 73.5cm deep x 74.25cm high.  Drawers are 31.5cm wide x 29cm deep x 9.5cm high.  Length between legs along the longest side is 184cm and the height from the bottom of the apron to the floor is 56.5cm high.

An incredible table.  Made from the most beautiful solid oak, with beautiful construction details.  I don't know if this was originally made as a workshop table.  There is a drawer at each sitting position.. you can place 4 seats along each side and I wonder if a worker would store his or her tools in the drawer at their position at the end of the day.  There are foot wear marks on the stretcher where shoes have worn down the wood.  Not a lot, but you can see the indents.  In a modern home this table could be a dining table.. it is low, but it is absolutely possible to sit comfortably at it, alternatively, this would make the most wonderful central table in a hallway, as the design is double sided.  There are matching drawers on both sides of the table.  Finally I would also love to use this as a console table/sideboard.  It is such a beautiful table.  Condition commensurate with age and use.
