Dimensions:  226cm long x 81.5cm wide x 74.5cm high.  Leg room 61cm high.  The distance between the longer side legs is 177cm.

A fabulous table that will seat up to 10.. more if you use a bench and have small people.

This table has been taken back to its original beautiful natural oak colour.  We have lavished it with clear wax to feed and protect the wood... but in time this treatment will soak into the wood and you can then treat the wood to suit your taste.

The table is in wonderful used condition, with wear to the legs and stretcher, but the table top is in excellent condition, having been protected by the previous treatment.  Ready to use as it is or treat as you see fit.  Heavy and sturdy.

Please make sure that you have enough access through doors, on stairwells and around corners from your entrance way to where you plan to situate this table.  These large oak farmhouse tables are heavy and it is necessary to double check all dimensions to ensure that they can be housed happily into their new home.
