Free Standing French Garde Manger Cupboard

This is a classic table top 'garde a manger' or 'food keep', in the most hard to find, original condition.  Made from wooden frame and finished with mesh sides and door.  This piece would have stored food away from flies, in a cool room.  Is ideal to reuse for its original purpose, or for general characterful storage.. a friend of mine stores her glasses on the table top in her kitchen in one. it looks fantastic.  One door opens onto 4 shelves.  This garde manger is in rustic condition, wit obvious wear, tear, repairs and ancient wood worm (all old and treated to be absolutely sure anyway).  Beautifully characterful and would make a wonderful detail in a kitchen, or even a bathroom.
