Individual 19th Century Marquetry Chair Carver

Dimensions:  60cm wide x 61cm deep x 89cm high. Seat height 50cm x 53cm deep.  Arm height 66cm

A really fabulous individual Inlaid carver, which dates from the 19th century but is a copy of an older style of chair.  A upholstered sprung seat pad that would benefit from being reupholstered, this chair would be ideal on its own, dressing a corner or a room, or at a desk, or married with either black or traditional wooden bistro chairs at a dining room table.  The chair has damage and parts missing, but overall is strong and sturdy and suitable to use as it is.  The legs have been extended, way back in the day but very sympathetically, but you can see the join.  If you are looking for perfect please do not buy this chair.  It has ancient damage but to us, this adds to the character.
