A fabulous shop counter with open shelves, that would be suitable to use in a kitchen as open shelved storage or as a sideboard in a sitting room, office or in a reception space in a commercial premises (I have one in my office which I use to store paperwork, bits and pieces in baskets and I lay out large plans on the top.. its practical and hugely useful and looks fabulous to boot!).  This could also be used as it was intended as a shop counter.

The original shelves were lost some time ago so have been replaced with these modern shelves that have been painted black and sealed.  The drawers run well and are spacious.  The solid wood has been finished in this gloss varnish.  Ideal to use as it is or to paint or change to match your design scheme.
