I am not only thrilled to have found this charming oil on board of the 'Charmois Les Blaitieres, Mt Blanc' but also a photograph taken of the very view, a copy of which I have included in this listing.  A very beautiful and arresting composition that perfectly reflects the solitude, peace and majesty of the mountains during the summer months.  The painting is amateur and unsigned.
