Louis Philippe Style Decorative Canape Sofa

Dimensions: 160cm wide x 60cm wide x 100.5cm high.  Seat height is 42cm x 45cm high

A very bougie find.. this canape or sofa is in the Louis Philippe Style.  The decorative back and arms are carved from a beautiful solid walnut wood.  The base is a walnut veneer I believe.  There are signs of ancient wood worm to the very base along with marks where the veneer has lifted.. or been bashed.. either by shoes or a hoover... this is quite usual in this style.  The upholstery is this velvet jacquard which needs replacing, we have priced accordingly.  We are selling it with the additional cushion as in the images.

This could be a very sumptuous bougie kind of sofa with new upholstery.  Lots of potential to make into the sofa of your dreams.. given soe creative thinking.  Such a beautiful shape and in good structural condition.
