Circular Floral Material Print Block Stamp

Sometimes a piece of stock comes along that I really don't want to part with and these blocks are one of those items.. they look amazing mounted in a collection on a white wall.  Their texture and size offer a subtle contrast to a white wall.  They were used to stamp a coloured pattern onto a piece of fabric.  The artisans must have been amazingly talented to have made the blocks and the operators to achieve a beautiful result on the fabric.  The floral design on this example is in good condition, a few knocks and bashes and evidence of the original paint.  You can see many ancient wood worm holes.  These are old and none the less we have treated the wood regardless.  Nothing active now.
